Return/ Refund Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. • In case of defective or damaged products, customers must contact us immediately (parcel opening video proof is recommended). • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.

Shipping Policy

• We deliver across major cities in Pakistan. • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on location. • A fixed delivery charge of Rs. [Insert Amount] applies.
